Why D4HE

Three things that make the difference

D4HE helps organisations, schools and communities adopt Artificial Intelligence with confidence, critical thinking and purpose, through intergenerational experiences of applied learning.

Real organisational challenges

A real challenge from your organisation, not a catalogue of tools

Intergenerational learning

Younger and older people in reciprocity: everyone teaches and learns

Tested solutions and measured results

A tested solution, measured results and an honest report

D4HE
The problem

Technology moves faster than the meaning we give it

Technological change is happening faster than many people and organisations can make sense of it, integrate new practices and take part with confidence.

D4HE
The method

Four phases, one real challenge

Each phase has an intention and a result. The work always starts from a concrete challenge brought by the organisation or the community.

01
Diagnose

Where we are and what blocks evolution. Context, priorities and baseline.

02
Design

Architecture of the intervention, expected results and how they are measured.

03
Activate

Experiences, practices, materials and prototypes with the people involved.

04
Measure

What changed and what the next cycle should be. Evidence, interpretation and recommendations.

Programmes

Three ways to work with us

The contracting organisation pays for the programme, not each participant. Scope, calendar and budget are agreed in conversation.

Complementary service

European Learning Design

Design of learning modules and experiences for European projects, with objectives, activities, evidence and evaluation.

Main programme

D4HE Generations Lab

Young people and adults with professional experience solve a real challenge through the D4HE method. It ends with a tested solution, evaluated results and a continuity plan.

First edition · November 2026
Entry point

Human + AI Workshop

Three to six hours around one concrete challenge per group: a brief introduction to AI, ethics and verification, followed by guided experimentation.

The experience behind D4HE

Building credibility without shortcuts

D4HE is a new brand, but the work behind it is not. These are European projects I take part in, with public documentation.

FOR — Fake or Real?

Erasmus+ · I led the project webinar “Fact-Checking to Tackle Disinformation”, online and in English, for educators, VET trainers, NGOs, journalists and local institutions: how to verify information and teach verification to others.

Current status

We publish case studies, testimonials and indicators as soon as documented projects and permission to share them exist. We do not present metrics that have not been documented.

People do not need to be treated as problems to be fixed, but as possibilities to be cultivated.

Contact

What challenge could your organisation solve differently?

We start with a conversation, not a generic presentation. By the end you know whether an entry workshop or a Generations Lab makes sense — and with what scope, calendar and responsibilities.

We answer within two working days. Nothing is added to any mailing list.

To prepare for the conversation, bring
the context and the people involved;
what has already been tried;
what you would like to understand or change.
